Elite Party Rentals Policies

For your convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard, Interac or cash.

Please review our policies as listed below and if you have any questions please e-mail us and we will be glad to provide you with answers.

1) A wedding, or other event is not considered to be booked until a minimum of 25% deposit is received by Elite Party Rentals

2) All rental items are due back to Elite Party Rentals by the Monday following the wedding/event before 6pm.

3) It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure a proper fit of chair cover rentals at their venue. Samples are available upon request to ensure proper size is chosen.

4) It is the responsibility of the customer to measure tables and choose the proper size of linen. Re-stock/cleaning/delivery charges are additional to costs if changes are made to order after pickup/delivery of all linen.

5) The Customer will be responsible for lost or damaged rental items.

6) Damage insurance is available at a rate of 10% before taxes for broken items. If insurance is waived, replacement cost of broken/damaged items will be due.

7) All broken/damage items must be returned or the items will be charged as lost.

8) Prices are subject to change; however customers will be notified of any changes in package.

9) Deposits of 25% are non refundable.

10) Cancellations must be made in writing 120 days prior to function, or 50% of invoice will be due. (some exceptions apply)

11) Cancellations 90 days prior to function are payable 100% (some exceptions apply)

12) Final payment is due 14 days prior to function if paying by cheque, and 3 days prior if paying by cash, VISA, MasterCard or Interac.

13) Elite Party Rentals has the right to withdraw from contract if cheques are returned as Non sufficient funds. Any deposits will be lost.

14) All NSF cheques are subject to a $30 charge.
