Kari pioneered hall decor, creating backdrops, head table decor and designing/creating patterns/sewing chair covers for many styles of chairs. Kari has extensive knowledge in designing in ANY medium.. she can help you put any event together and help decide what you need for your special event. Whether it is a wedding, corporate, anniversary party, simple dinner party, celebration of life or any other event, if it exists, she has you covered. So let's get started!

Elite Party Rentals started in 1996 with professional cake decorating, hall decor and then added rentals. We are very knowledgeable and are experts at everything events! We don't offer cakes anymore, but we have so much inventory to choose from! We have a huge warehouse packed full of everything you need.
We help you pair your linen with your wedding theme and colors, and choose the best fit for your tables.
Elite Party Rentals works with the best caterers around, so we can help you find a caterer that fits your style.
Already have your caterer? No problem! We can work with your chef to ensure nothing gets missed. We are happy to pair your menu with your rentals and have your caterer go through it to ensure they have everything required to make your day run smooth behind the scenes.

We Deliver!
We offer delivery and pick up services for larger orders for a nominal fee which depends on the location of your venue. Deliveries can be done 1 or 2 days before your event when available at no extra cost.
We deliver to Barrie, Wasaga, Innisfil, Bradford, Muskokas, Stayner, Collingwood and surrounding areas. Please inquire for rates and availability.
We deliver to curbside, tent side, garage, driveway and pick up from the same location. If you have a difficult delivery, ie: stairs, hills, long distance from our trucks, etc.... we can either assess further delivery fees or you can take it from there.

Kenny is the face of our company. You just won't believe how friendly he is and how much he smiles. Kenny is the Lead warehouse manager and coordinates the employees every day. He supervises and stages orders getting all of your rentals ready to come to you. Then you will see Kenny as one of the faces of our driving team. He delivers your product for your event. Brendan has been a valued team member since 2015 and is our awesome warehouse manager.
Brendan packs most of your rentals. He also greets you with his smile and glowing friendly personality at the back door upon picking up and returning your rentals. Brendan will carefully go over the items with you, to make sure all is correct.
